Plus Size Clothing Australia Modeling Agency BGM Models Changing the Face of Fashion

Darrianne Donnelly founded the plus size clothing Australia modeling agency, BGM Models, after a successful career as a plus size model herself. She began modeling and was surprised at her success. As she spent more time in the fashion industry she came to realize the need for more plus size models and an agency specifically designed to handle their careers. This is when BGM Modeling Agency was born. Since its beginnings as one of the first plus size modeling agencies, let alone the first Australian plus size modeling agency, it has grown into an international success.

BGM represents plus size clothing Australia models with clients that include Commonwealth Bank, Avon, Big W, Mysize, Special K, Australian Women’s Weekly, Cosmopolitan Magazine and many more. As the industry and media are realizing women want to see curvy and healthier looking models, their client list continues to grow.

BGM models have appeared in editorial features, on magazine covers, in television ads and in runway shows. In 2009 BGM paired up with plus size clothing Australia labels IMG Fashion City Chic to host a runway show at the Rosemount Sydney Fashion Festival 2009. Of the 18 plus size models who walked at the show, 14 of them were represented by BGM. In 2011 BGM models were spotlighted in the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival in beautiful creations from plus size clothing Australia designers which included swimwear.

Recently BGM models gathered at Ms. Donnelly’s home for an in house “Ladies of the Manor” photo shoot. Plus size clothing Australia models Bree Warren, Kate Hislop and Laura Wells appeared in clothing from fellow model Natalie Wakeling’s new collection. Styling was done by BGM models and the photos were spectacular. The models signed with BGM include:
